The thesis can only be submitted with the approval of the thesis supervisor (and external consultant).
The student must upload the thesis by 23:59 on 14 November 2024
- here in PDF format, and
- Turnitin in Word format between 11-15 November 2024
A few days after the Turnitin upload, the plagiarism screener will feedback to each student if there are any corrections to be made to their thesis. Based on the result, the Department may require the thesis to be revised or corrected.
- the thesis must be uploaded to DEA by 23:59 on 20 November 2024 and
- two hard copies must be submitted to the Department by 30 November 2024

- Everyone should carefully read the attached student registration guide for turnitin .
- All students should create a student profile on turnitin.com. Each student should register only once, with one email address.
- The keys for turnitin student registration and uploading essays are :

- Thesis must be uploaded in Word only.
- Only finished theses should be uploaded.
- The student profile provides limited access:
- The student can only see the report of his/her uploaded thesis.
- The student cannot delete the uploaded work. It can be done by the person (with full authority) who performs the plagiarism check. After deletion, it is possible to re-upload the work (if necessary) in the student profile already registered.
- Once uploaded, the student will also have access to the similarity result of the report, but this is not a plagiarism check. In all cases, you should wait for the feedback of the plagiarism screener and only then correct the thesis (if necessary).
- The report should be downloaded immediately after it has been completed. As soon as the plagiarism check is completed, the plagiarism checker notifies the student of the result and deletes the uploaded thesis from the system.
